Erigeron ‘Lavender Lady’

A delicate, long-flowering daisy that brings months of soft colour to sunny borders.

Erigeron ‘Lavender Lady’ produces masses of small lavender-pink daisy flowers with golden centres, creating a light, airy haze of colour from late spring well into autumn. The flowers appear continuously and are loved by bees and other pollinators, adding both beauty and wildlife value to the garden. Its soft tones blend beautifully with blues, whites and pastel planting schemes.

This hardy perennial forms neat clumps of slender stems and fine foliage, thriving in full sun and well-drained soil. It is easy to grow and remarkably long flowering, perfect for cottage gardens, gravel gardens or the front of sunny borders. Deadheading encourages even more blooms and keeps plants looking fresh throughout the season.

Ideal Companion Plants from The Green Standard Range

  • Nepeta ‘Blue Wonder’ – a soft haze of blue flowers that complements the lavender tones beautifully

  • Geum ‘Fireball’ – fiery orange blooms add a vibrant colour contrast in late spring

  • Achillea ‘Lilac Beauty’ – flat lilac flower heads that echo the colour palette while adding height

  • Calamagrostis ‘Karl Foerster’ – elegant upright grass that provides structure behind the airy flowers

🌟 The Green Standard Tip
Give plants a light trim in midsummer if they start to look tired. This encourages fresh growth and keeps the flowers coming right through to autumn. 🌿
